In/3pm - Out/10am. All funds are due 60 days prior to arrival. Occupancy and Hawaii GE Tax rates apply. Family Re-union Kauai Head Quarters: For larger parties, both Chateau Relaxo and Buddy Hale are available for rental together. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are accepted and deposits are returned if they are received 90/120 days or more prior to arrival date, depending on time of year. You can request our cancellation policy in writing.

Deposits
A REFUNDABLE $500 Security Deposit is required to confirm a reservation. This deposit is returned 1-2 weeks after the guests have departed the property and the Property Manager has completed her exit inspection.
