Fruit trees (Papaya, Avocado, Coconut, etc.) and flowers (Birds of Paradise, Hibiscus, Helyconia, etc.) are abundant. The beautifully furnished house is open and comfortable for large groups and families. Furnishings include multiple TVs, 2 VCRs, a Baby Grand Piano, modern kitchen appliances, Barbecue Grill, and much more. The private, NEW large pool area is great for relaxing in the sun, outdoor entertaining, and the pool slide is popular with kids. There is also a Ping Pong table set up in the garage. Beach items such as beach chairs, mats, umbrellas, ice boxes, and more are available. There is also a 4 Bedroom 2 Bath/Chateau Relaxo II next door that is perfect for nannies, staff, or additional group/family members. Information provided upon request. Daily maid service, cooking/catering, and other services can be arranged by request. Prior to making this property available for vacation rentals it was our full-time family residence and is, therefore, fully furnished.
